Reservation policy

To confirm the reservation a reservation sum (deposit) 20% of the rental price should be transferred. The reservation is only completed after this transfer is realised. Once the reservation sum is received a confirmation will be send via e-mail.

By paying the reservation sum you also confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the General Conditions.

Cancelation policy

Any cancellation of the reservation will result in retaining partly or all of the deposit (reservation sum) paid:

  1. 20% of the amount paid if the cancellation is done more than 90 days from arrival.
  2. 50% of the amount paid if the cancellation is done less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the arrival.
  3. 100% of the amount paid if the cancellation is done less than 30 days before arrival.

Check-in, Check-out

The cleaning and bed linen are included in the price but some time is needed, on the day of change over, to make the property clean and tidy. Therefore, the property is available on the day of arrival from 16:00 and need to be left before 10:00 (a.m.) the day of departure. Depending on the previous and the next client these times can be altered if needed. Upon arrival you also  need to pay cash an additional € 30 cleaning costs.

The property need to be left in a decent state. Meaning: the property cleanly swept and the dinner sets washed and packed away. The manager will observe this at the moment of departure and is entitled to charge you extra (cleaning) costs.


The renter and his family (and/or guests) are lawfully responsible for any damages to or in the property. In such a case, any damages need to be reported to the manager. Reparation or replacement costs need to be refunded to the manager or the owner.


Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the manager and owner for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the property, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by renter or anyone who is invited to use the property as a guest.
